Today, Amazon.com sent me an email suggesting that I should buy The Ultimate Guide to Being Scottish.  Now, I’m not sure that I need such a thing, but clearly somebody in the OOA does, and in that interest, I am passing along the link.  I hope it’s useful!

Microsoft Songsmith is a program that’s supposed to help people create music for presentations or maybe home movies.  But what would some classic songs have sounded like if they’d been written with Songsmith instead of a real band?  A bit like these videos.  White Wedding is a favorite and Tom Sawyer is so good.  There’s a comment on that page which reads, “this does not rock.”  How wrong you are, internet commenter, how very wrong you are!
